Life Pharmacy Johnsonville reserves the right to have their pharmacists exercise professional judgment and prevent supply of any medicine likely to constitute a hazard to health, or the supply of excessive or unnecessary quantities, especially when the product is known to have abuse potential.

Returns Policy

We are happy to accept returns of eligible products provided the purchase was made within the last 10 days and the product is unopened, undamaged and in original condition and the product is eligible for return. Please note exclusions apply to some items for return.

How to make your return

The best way to return your purchase is instore at Life Pharmacy Johnsonville only. It cannot be returned to any other Life or Unichem pharmacy. Please bring your online receipt as proof of purchase.

You may also return a product purchased online at  via courier or post at your own cost. If you choose this option the item must be returned undamaged or we will not be able to provide a refund. We will not be liable for the loss of any item being returned. We advise using tracked delivery.

We will refund you by the method you paid for the price of the item you purchased.

Please call us on 04 478 4863 Monday-Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm to arrange your return or email us at and one of our team will get in touch with you. We will discuss the best options for you if you require a refund or replacement.

Replacement Items

We are happy to replace returned goods. For goods requiring delivery a charge will apply.
Consumer Guarantees Act

Any product which is faulty, damaged, expired or causes an allergic reaction can be returned at any time and we will cover the cost of shipping. Please contact the number or email above.

Return Exclusions
We are unable to accept vitamins, medicines, opened or used items, items sold on clearance for return unless the product is faulty, expired or has caused an allergic reaction.
Please note that items declared as Dangerous Goods such as perfume, nail polish or remover, essential oils and aerosols cannot be returned via courier unless specifically declared to the courier company as Dangerous Goods.
